Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital music products, all sales are generally considered final once the download has been initiated. When you purchase a track, you gain immediate access to download the files, making it impossible to "return" the product.

When We May Issue Refunds

We understand that issues can arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Technical issues preventing download (after troubleshooting with our support team)
  • Duplicate purchases (same track purchased twice by accident)
  • Significantly misleading product description
  • Corrupted or defective files that cannot be resolved

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Files have already been downloaded successfully
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your software (file formats are clearly listed)
  • You didn't read the track description before purchasing

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at support@404deep.com within 7 days of purchase
  • Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Seller Payouts

If a refund is issued for a track, the corresponding seller payout will be adjusted accordingly. Sellers will be notified of any refunds affecting their earnings.
